Etching is part of the anodizing process, it is the pretreatment to clean extrusion lines in case of extruded profile and to "chemically activate" the surface for the proper anodizing process.
Here one unit operating, 1,5 Ton per hour is the capacity with standard windows profile:
Two sizes machine available, pass thru space 400x200 millimeters (about 0,5 Ton/hour capacity); 800x300 millimeters (about 1,5 Ton/hour capacity).
This equipment reduces standard chemical etching time from 20 minutes to 2 minutes only, improving the quality of anodizing and reducing all the chemical cost in terms of process and waste treatment.
Aluminum mechanical etching gives consistency to the whole anodizing process.
