Today automation possibilities are endless: clearly understanding what is mandatory, what is desirable, what is useless helps a lot to save time and focus onto really matters. ​Owning a library of tests 60 years long consistently speed up the time. It is possible to run tests in C.M. facility and thru the internal lab check roughness, peening intensity and aesthetic finishing; once this first part is accomplished we can discuss layouts and handling automation accordingly with quantities.
Shotpeening.
if you are having figure life issues shotpeening may be your help fixing them. We can review your peening parameters, if you don't have we can create them or simply increase the efficiency of your existing process.
Blasting/Cleaning.
Blasting is the application of the blaster to obtain a specific roughness in the surface, it may be needed for lubrication, for sticking a protective layer or a further electrochemical process...Cleaning is the removing from parts of a layer of rust/scale/protective - lubricant layer i.e. glass moulds, post heat treatment/forging operations and so on...
Refitting old blasters.
A winning team shouldn't be changed, so if a client is satisfied with an old process/equipment, we are glad to help him refurbishing an old unit to get the back to the top of performances and to upgrade the safety standard.
